Introducing EntreCard

If you’ve noticed at the bottom of the page, you will see a black and gold icon under the “Ads & Sponsors” section with the word EntreCard written on it. EntreCard is an online business card used for social networking, much like a regular business card in real life. This is a free service, and all it requires is the user to register their web site and display the widget. Here is how it works.

Once you’ve registered your web site with EntreCard and uploaded the widget, you will receive a few “credits.” This credit is used to “purchase” ad time on someone else’s web site through their widget. Depending on the popularity of the web site, the cost per day of advertising will vary. In addition of you buying time on someone else’s web site, others can return the favor to you. This exchange of advertising is one way for you to earn credits. Another way is by visiting other users web sites and “dropping” your card off. Through this action, you are increasing the traffic to their sites.

There is no real money made through this program, and there is no referral bonuses associated with the widget either. So, if you are interested in applying, click the EntreCard name on the left-hand side of the widget. If you are interested in checking out the web site advertised, click on the right-hand side of the widget. The advertised web site will change each day, since each ad is only active for 24 hours, so check back often.
