Guest Blogging Opportunities

The long-stated goal of the U.S. Common Sense blog is to introduce the readers to many diverse views on the issues that face our nation.  I do my part by introducing you to new bloggers and sites that you may not have visited before.  Another way for me to achieve this goal is to extend Guest Blogging opportunities to those who are interested in submitting their original work to the site.

Reasons for someone to become a Guest Blogger include backlinks to their site, increase pass-through traffic via those backlinks, new readers (and potential subscribers) to their site, and extending their “brand” to a wider audience.  In addition, the increased traffic to their site (both in visitors and backlinks) improves the standings of their blog on major search engines( such as Google), making it more likely that their content will rate higher on search results.

My requirements for guest posts are simple:

- No swearing
- No slander
- Article needs to be politically-based
- Article needs to be at least 250 words long
- Article needs to contain the name and link of your site at the end of the article
