The truth is that it is not Barak's Job, Bush's Job, Clinton's Job to make progress in these peoples lives. The problem is that governments on the local levels have to look at what is best for there community and take appropriate actions. The job of the Federal government is to get the heck out of the way. If a city, town, or state has failed to grow, chances are GOVERNMENT is the problem. Strip away some of the rediculous obstructions to new development. Encourage industry to come in instead of trying to squeeze every last dime out of businesses. If you are still unable to find work after 25 years, vote with your feet and MOVE! You are guaranteed the persuit of happiness, so go out and persue it!
