Why isn't the US doing more to support freedom in Iran???
US Common Sense on 21 June, 2009 at 6:41 am
I can understand the point of view of “doing too much” on behalf of the protesters might backfire on us, but on the flip side I don't see why we can't voice support for basic human rights and the right to freedom of speech. While I find the UN to be a near-worthless organization on international security, the US should be pushing the UN hard to issue an international stance in support of the protesters. Will it happen? I doubt it.

The UN is a worthless tool of an organization. By doing little, Obama only helps the mullahs. Revolutions fail in the beginning and, right now, the beginning of the one in Iran is over.
